PAYMENT:

 

Final files will be delivered to you once full payment is made (minus the £50 booking deposit if applicable). Once full payment is received the designs will be transferred to you for use in your business and on websites and printed materials.

FOR ALL BESPOKE PACKAGES (not including logo templates,styled stock photography and all separate services) - Please select a package/service below by clicking on Deposit. This will take you to a secure PayPal invoice where a £50 deposit will be required.(Deposit will be deducted from final balance but is non-refundable). Alternatively, if you would prefer to pay the balance in full now, please click on the Pay in Full button.

FOR SEPARATE SERVICES

All payments are through PayPal's secure server.

 

THE DESIGN PROCESS:

 

• Once I receive your cleared funds I will contact you via email and send you an in-depth questionnaire which is designed to really get to know all about you and your brand so that I can deliver design which truly reflects your business and your ambitions for the future.

• Once I receive your completed questionnaire I will get to work on the designs and present the initial concepts to you via email (number of concepts vary dependent on which package you choose) for your consideration and again, dependent on your chosen package/service, I will work with you to revise the design until you are totally happy with it.

• Along with your designs you will receive a full brand style guide detailing fonts and colours used.  Please note I cannot send you font files due to licensing restrictions but will provide a link to where you can purchase or download the font for future use.

 

REFUNDS:

 

Due to the bespoke nature of the work,refunds cannot be given on any design work .Refunds on deposits are not given.

Colours may vary from one computer monitor to another or from what is viewed on screen to that printed on to a variety of papers and other surfaces.

This website and the design work and photography displayed herein are all subject to copyright laws and may not be reproduced in any way without prior permission. All design work remains the copyright and sole ownership of Sparkling Media until a client pays in full for the transfer of artwork files.  Once cleared funds are received in full, clients may use logos and other artwork to promote their business but may not lay claim to the design of the work or try and sell it on.  Sparkling Media also reserves the right to use such artwork on this website and other publicity materials.
